Need to message clients in Paperbell? Here’s how to send an individual email to one particular client!<\/p>\n

  1. Go to your Clients page<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n
  2. Use the search bar to search for the client you want to message, or leave it empty to message all clients<\/li>\n
  3. Click the “send email” button at the top of the page<\/li>\n
  4. Compose your email and hit send! The email will come from the address you have registered with Paperbell, and any replies will go directly to your inbox, not Paperbell<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    If you want to email all<\/strong> of your clients at once (or all the clients who purchased a particular package), you can do that<\/a>!<\/p>\n

    Or, if you’re looking to set up automated messaging that goes out to multiple clients, have a look at our automated emails<\/a> feature.<\/p>\n

    In the Message Logs<\/a> for a client, you can see a history of all the messages sent to your client from Paperbell. <\/p>\n

    (Remember, your calendar invites won’t be listed here, as they are sent directly from your calendar provider.)<\/p>\n

    How to Send an Attachment \/ Share a File<\/h3>\n

    If you’d like to share a resource with just one client, go to the “Shared Files” tab on their client profile. This allows you to upload a document that will appear in their Paperbell Client portal<\/a>. <\/p>\n
