Click on an individual client to see a more detailed history including their total spend, how many appointments they have remaining, and a complete purchase history.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Use the \u201cnotes\u201d section to make notes about what happened during your sessions, notes about the client, or anything else you\u2019d like. These notes are <em>not <\/em>visible to the client.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Paperbell Clients Summary<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The summary includes: the next appointment, how many appointments remain, total spent, and client details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Click \u201cGift package\u201d to grant access to a package for free (with no contract signing).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Click the \u201cModify\u201d button to change a client\u2019s details, such as <a href=\"https:\/\/paperbell.com\/support\/knowledge-base\/how-do-i-invite-a-couple-or-family-to-the-same-package\/#add-additional-email-addresses-to-a-client-profile\">adding additional email addresses<\/a> for them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Click \u201cSend email\u201d to send them a 1:1 message.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Click \u201cBook appointment\u201d to book their upcoming appointments for them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Appointments<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>These are a summary of all past and future <strong>booked<\/strong> appointments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Packages<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>These are all of the packages purchased by this client. You can click through to modify the package \u2014 including changing the number of appointments included \u2014 or you can remove access for that client.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Contracts<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>This is a downloadable history of all contracts signed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Surveys<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>This is a history of all surveys completed. Click on Surveys to read the answers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Private Content<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Here\u2019s where to upload documents to share with a single client. All bookings (past and future) will be deleted.
