After talking to a few amazing customers I’ve realized there might be some confusion about exactly which Paperbell link to send to your clients. That’s why we’ve updated things in-app to make this even easier, and I wanted to give you a run-down right here!
First FAQ (this one is not a QIKYATA because you have actually asked it already!) is . . .
Where do I send my existing clients who need to schedule more sessions?
If your client is scheduling sessions in a package they’ve ALREADY PURCHASED (as in they bought a 6-session package from you, and they need to get the last 2 on the calendar) send them to https://app.paperbell.com/client
Notice that’s a universal link (not specific to any one client or package). That will take your client to their own Paperbell portal which lets them schedule future sessions and access any content you’ve included in their package. So go ahead and save that link!
Exactly which Paperbell link do I send to new clients, and how can I find it?
Paperbell is all centered around the idea of packages. Your packages are what you sell (or give away, in the case of a free discovery call). So there isn’t just one universal Paperbell link; it’s all about which package you want to link to.
SO, when you need to send a link to a client, you first need to start with the package.
- Find or create the right package in Paperbell
- Click on it, then navigate to the “sharing” tab
Once you’re there you’ll see a few different options. We have just changed what these are called, so I wanted to take a minute to explain what each one is!
Package Landing Page
(previously called “Package Link”)
This is the URL of your package landing page; this is what you share with the world! Here’s more info on integrating Paperbell into your website and other marketing.
(previously called “Scheduling Link”)
This link takes your prospect right into your “checkout flow” whether that is payment first or scheduling first. Use this link if you want to skip the package overview page. For example, maybe you’ve created your own package overview on your site and you want to use a “Buy Now” button that links straight into the scheduling/booking process. This would be the link you use. Here’s more info on integrating Paperbell into your website and other marketing.
(previously called “Shop Link”)
This links to your Paperbell shop, an overview page with all publicly available packages.
Existing Client Login
(previously called “Client Login Link”)
Looking for the link to send your clients so that they can access their downloads or schedule more appointments? This is it! Note that this is a universal link, not specific to any one package.
