Make the Coupon Bigger (+ more surveys) (Product Update, October 2022)

This is an archived product update, and may not contain the most up-to-date information.

Ever wish you could send a survey after an appointment? Or before an appointment? Or after the final appointment of a package?

NOW đź‘Ź YOU đź‘Ź CAN đź‘Ź

That’s right, you Paper Belles have been asking this one for a while and the day has come!

We’ve been cooking away behind the scenes giving you more flexibility for surveys while still keeping the interface really simple and clean.

To add a survey (or another survey!) to your package, just click on the package name and then the surveys tab.

Creating a survey

From there you can use surveys to collect info from your clients at various points. Here are a few ideas to get you started:

• A post-appointment self-reflection (remember that clients are able to see their own survey answers, so surveys can be something that’s useful for your client)

• Regular weekly check-ins timed 1 week, 2 weeks, etc after the purchase

• A testimonial prompt that goes out after the final appointment

Email Content In Your Email Log

Did you know that Paperbell keeps a full record of all emails sent to your client? This makes it easy to see exactly what’s happening from your client’s POV.

To find it, find your client in the Clients section, then click on the “Email Logs” tab. You’ll see a list of all emails sent since June 10, 2022 (when the log feature started) and NOW you can also click through to see the exact contents of the email for all emails sent Oct 18 onwards.

Make The Coupon Bigger

(The above heading is meant to be sung to the tune of “Make The Logo Bigger”)

You told us that your clients were having trouble finding the coupon field on Paperbell’s checkout, so we made it bigger!

Here’s what it looks like:

Product update

Now it’s the same size as the rest of the text (it used to be smaller) so it should be pretty easy to spot.
