This week I have two updates to share – one has been on my personal wishlist for a while now!
Share a Link (Like to a VIDEO!) in Your Package Files Section
I was so excited to see this go live this week!
Now, instead of just being able to upload files, you can share a link to any file on the web.
This is big news because it opens up the playing field for files that are too large for Paperbell to host – namely, videos!
So if you have a video you’d like to share with your clients (maybe it’s training, or a welcome video about your program) you can make it an unlisted youtube video and put the link in your Paperbell shared files.
Please note you can share a link to ANY type of file or website – so you can add links to google drive, dropbox, websites, etc.
Re-Order Your Survey Questions
This is a small update but I know it can be a huge time-saver! You can now drag and drop your survey questions to put them in any order that you like. 🙂 This applies to both new surveys and all the ones you’ve already created in Paperbell. So now might be a good time to revisit your surveys and see what improvements you’d like to make!
As mentioned last time, we are still making other changes to surveys based on your top requests, so you’ll hear more about that soon.
