Multiple Client Emails (Product Update, August 2025)

Have you ever had a client who wanted their partner to get the appointment reminders too? Or maybe someone who asked you to CC their assistant? Or you coach teens and need to make sure their parents are also in the loop?

Well, you know how it goes around here: you ask for it, we build it!

Your clients can now have multiple email addresses on their account! 🎉

That’s right – each client can now add up to 4 email addresses, and ALL of those emails will receive:

  • Appointment confirmations and reminders
  • All automated emails from their packages
  • Calendar invites for both 1:1 and group sessions

Here’s how it works:

When you’re editing a client’s info (or when they’re updating their own profile), there’s now a new field called “Additional Emails” right below their main email address. Just add the extra emails separated by commas, and boom – everyone stays in the loop!

Can the client add these themselves? Yep! They can add additional emails from their client portal at PaperbellClient.com, or you can add them when you’re updating their info.

Will this mess up my existing client records? Not at all! This is purely additive – existing clients keep working exactly the same, they just have the option to add more emails if they want.

Do all the emails get the same messages? Yes! The additional emails are CC’d on everything the main email receives, and they’re all added to calendar invites.

So next time a client says “Can you make sure my husband gets these emails too?” you can just say “Absolutely!”
