Last week, we delivered the ability to create multiple surveys within the same package.
This week, we’ve taken something else there used to be just one of and MULTIPLIED it.

Notes!!
We know some of you loooove the notes feature to keep all of your client info in one place. But the old one-note system got messy when you wanted to take a lot of notes on the same client.
So we made it better, based on your ideas!
You can now create as many notes as you like for each client, and each one is time-stamped automatically.
But, it gets better.
Sometimes you want to take a private note, but sometimes you want to share a client’s notes with them.
Now you can do both!
For each individual note, decide if it’s private or shared. (The default is private.) It’s a great way to ensure that your client has all of their notes at their fingertips!
You can find your notes right inside your Clients section in Paperbell.
