Videos Everywhere (including YouTube Shorts!) (Product Update, October 2025)

This is an archived product update, and may not contain the most up-to-date information.

Ready to add some serious personality to your Paperbell site? Because we just made it WAY easier to showcase your amazing coaching style with videos… basically everywhere!

You know how some coaches are just naturally magnetic on camera? Well, now you can let that shine through your entire Paperbell site!

Here’s everywhere you can now add videos:

Your Homepage Main Image – The main image sits at the top of your site. Now you can replace that image with a welcome video that makes potential clients feel like they already know you! This is HUGE for building that instant connection.

Package Descriptions – Add videos to explain what makes each coaching package special. Nothing beats hearing your passion straight from you!

Short Package Descriptions – Yes, even those quick summaries on your shop page can have video now!

And the newest addition … YouTube Shorts now work perfectly too! 🎉

Don’t have a video yet? Here are some ideas that work really well:

  • A 60-second “Welcome to working with me” intro
  • Quick explanation of your coaching approach
  • Client success story (with permission!)
  • Behind-the-scenes peek at your process

QIKYATA

(Questions I Know You’re About To Ask!)

Do I need to be a video pro? Not at all! Your phone camera is perfect. Authenticity beats Hollywood production every time.

What if I make my video “unlisted” on YouTube? Perfect! That way it only shows up on your Paperbell site, not in YouTube search.

Can I use the same video in multiple places? Absolutely! One great intro video can work as your homepage hero AND in your main coaching package.

I’m so excited to see how you use video to showcase your coaching magic! And remember, you can always start with just one video and add more as you go.
