Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

You can self-cancel anytime by going to https://app.paperbell.com/provider/plan

Your service will stay active until the end of your current billing period (weekly or monthly) but you will not be billed again.

If you need any help cancelling please contact us at hello@paperbell.com

Refund Policy

We have a 30-day refund policy. Just email us at hello@paperbell.com up to 30 days after purchase to let us know you would like a refund. We will process your refund within 7 business days and it will arrive back in your account within 10 business days.
