Need to change a client’s payment date? Perhaps you have a client on a payment plan or subscription and they need to temporarily change or pause their payment.
You or the client will need to cancel the package. In the case of a payment plan, only the coach can stop the payment plan. (Here’s how.) In the case of a subscription, either you or your client can.
There is not a way to temporarily pause or change the payment date — you will need your client to sign up again when they are ready to restart.
