Wondering about Paperbell time zone settings? Paperbell shows everyone their local time. As a coach, your appointments will appear in your time zone. If your client has a different time zone, appointments will appear in their local time zone.
What will my client see?
Paperbell detects your client’s time zone automatically. On rare instances where we’ve been blocked from detecting it, your client can manually choose their time zone.
If Paperbell notices your client logging in from a different time zone, a message will pop up automatically asking them if they would like to change it.
How can I change my time zone?
Go to your Account details and look for the time zone dropdown menu. Note! You won’t see daylight savings time reflected in the list, but if you choose your correct time zone, Paperbell will adjust for daylight savings when the time comes. ☀️
How can my client update theirs?
Clients can go to their settings and look for the time zone dropdown menu.
Can I change it for my client?
Clients control their own time zone, so if they need to change it, send them a link to this page. 🙂
