Who Is Hogan Certification Actually For?

Coaches and consultants

Is Hogan Certification Worth It for Coaches?

  • It gives you a conversation starter. “Would you like me to run Hogan with your leadership team?” sells much more easily than a generic coaching pitch.

The flip side. It’s a real time and money commitment, and if you don’t already have (or actively want) corporate clients, you’re buying a tool with nowhere to use it. Be honest with yourself about which side of that line you’re on.
