Why isn’t my shop available?

“Sorry, this shop is currently unavailable.”

Are you seeing that message when you go to your shop URL? 😰

Don’t worry! It just means you have one (or more) setup steps to complete before your shop is live.

Please go back to your main page and you’ll likely see a message banner that lists your four steps to get the shop up and running:


Set availability ↗

By default this is Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM.

Create a package ↗

So you have something to sell your clients

Connect to your calendar ↗

So you’ll never be double-booked

Connect Stripe or PayPal ↗

So you can get paid

If you’ve got all of those steps completed, do you have any active, public packages?

If not, make at least one package public/active, and your shop should be live again!
