Don’t worry! It means either
- you have one (or more) setup steps to complete
- you don’t have any active packages
- your trial has expired
Incomplete Setup
Head back to your main page and look for a message banner that lists the steps to get your site up and running:

By default this is Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM.
So you have something to sell your clients
Connect to your calendar ↗ — optional!
So you’ll never be double-booked
So you can get paid
No active packages
If you’ve got all of those steps completed, do you have any active, public packages?
If not, make at least one package public/active, and your site should be live again.
Trial expiration
If your trial has expired, upgrade to a paid subscription to reactivate your site.
You still have full access to your account while your site is inactive, so take the time you need to tweak your site before upgrading and reactivating the site.
